Frequently Asked Questions

We take pride in our shipping speed. 90% of all orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. 

We don't ship internationally. We only ship orders within the United States.

For orders totaling $200 or more, we require a signature upon delivery.

Once an order is placed, an email will be sent to each customer with the tracking number and instructions on how to track the order after your order has been shipped. Please keep in mind that it may take 24-48 hours for carriers to update their tracking system.

We offer a 15-day return policy. To be eligible for a return the item must be in the same condition as when it was received, with tags and in its original packaging. Washed items and/or with animal hair are not eligible for returns. To initiate a return please contact us at support@gympression.com and provide your first and last name, order number, tracking number and address along with a reason for the return. If your return is approved we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending back the package.

Exceptions/ non-returnable items

All Underwear and swimwear can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

All headgear including hats can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

All bottles are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Personalized items can't be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a seperate purchase for the new item.
